Est\u00e1n compuestas de emociones, sentimientos, ideas y percepciones que influyen en la conducta de los peque\u00f1os para fortalecer su autoestima y confianza en s\u00ed mismos, para as\u00ed adaptarse con facilidad a sus entornos sociales y establecer relaciones con otras personas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La autoestima es la manera en c\u00f3mo te ves o te sientes sobre ti mismo, cu\u00e1nto te respetas y cu\u00e1nto valoras tus habilidades, talentos y atributos. Las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os con baja autoestima son m\u00e1s propensos a caer en depresi\u00f3n, pues se juzgan a s\u00ed mismos negativamente, rara vez se comunican, y en muchos casos necesitan entrenamiento en habilidades sociales. Estas \u00faltimas&nbsp;aumentan significativamente el crecimiento social, la autoestima, la adecuaci\u00f3n personal, facilitan la adaptaci\u00f3n, y ayudan a la reducci\u00f3n de conductas inapropiadas como la agresi\u00f3n y la violencia.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunas de estas habilidades sociales son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Empat\u00eda:<\/strong>&nbsp;capacidad para percibir y compartir sentimientos y pensamientos con otra persona; es la clave del \u00e9xito en el desempe\u00f1o social.<\/li><li><strong>Asertividad:<\/strong>&nbsp;capacidad de conocer tus derechos e intereses, y defenderlos respetando a los dem\u00e1s.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Autocontrol emocional:&nbsp;<\/strong>capacidad para controlar las emociones propias para evitar que \u00e9stas te controlen a ti, y que as\u00ed puedas expresarlas de forma adecuada.<\/li><li><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n:&nbsp;<\/strong>capacidad de expresar mensajes claros y convincentes hacia los dem\u00e1s; ayuda tambi\u00e9n a interpretar y comprender los estados emocionales de los dem\u00e1s.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Cooperaci\u00f3n:&nbsp;<\/strong>capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa, equilibrando las tareas, compartiendo informaci\u00f3n, planes y recursos para alcanzar los objetivos.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos:&nbsp;<\/strong>capacidad para negociar y manejar situaciones dif\u00edciles reconociendo los desacuerdos y fomentando encontrar las soluciones.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los videojuegos educativos&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/taktaktak.com\/\"><strong>TAK-TAK-TAK<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;son una gran herramienta&nbsp; para motivar a las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os a aprender y desarrollar diferentes habilidades, como las previamente mencionadas,&nbsp; las cuales a su vez, ayudar\u00e1n a las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os a desarrollar habilidades socioemocionales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/taktaktak.com\/detalle\/dragon\"><strong>Maestro Drag\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo del juego es llegar a ser el Maestro Drag\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del entrenamiento de diferentes dragones para lograr la experiencia necesaria y ganar torneos. Se enfoca en que el jugador comprenda y trabaje la perseverancia, la autoeficacia y resiliencia.
