Es as\u00ed que la tecnolog\u00eda ha jugado un papel clave para mejorar la calidad y eficacia durante la modalidad de educaci\u00f3n a distancia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La siguiente informaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 basada en el informe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thedialogue.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/La-tecnologia-y-la-innovacion-educativa-en-la-post-pandemia-Un-llamado-a-la-transformacion-educativa-1.pdf\">La tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n educativa en la post pandemia<\/a>. Un llamado a la transformaci\u00f3n educativa. Publicado el pasado julio, por&nbsp;<em>Di\u00e1logo Interamericano.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las experiencias de aprendizaje de calidad, la ense\u00f1anza efectiva, y la gesti\u00f3n eficaz, son tres aspectos del uso efectivo de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas que pueden ayudar a transformar la educaci\u00f3n. Estos han ganado importancia durante el confinamiento, y miembros del Grupo de Trabajo de Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n en la Educaci\u00f3n, quienes trabajan por la creaci\u00f3n de un ecosistema de innovaci\u00f3n educativa en el que actores del sector p\u00fablico y privado colaboren para generar y ampliar el uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas en beneficio de la educaci\u00f3n, han hecho una petici\u00f3n a las autoridades educativas y a las empresas de la regi\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe para que estas consideren los esfuerzos positivos realizados durante este per\u00edodo y se incorporen las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas en los sistemas educativos. Para ello,este grupo destaca que se debe:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Garantizar conectividad de calidad en las escuelas y los hogares<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conectividad es b\u00e1sica para impulsar la tecnolog\u00eda educativa y garantizar la efectividad educativa de los estudiantes tanto en las escuelas como en los hogares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe un tercio de la poblaci\u00f3n no tiene acceso a internet; diferencia que se da entre los m\u00e1s privilegiados y los m\u00e1s vulnerables. Adem\u00e1s, al menos 77 millones de habitantes de las zonas rurales no tienen un servicio satisfactorio, situaci\u00f3n que tambi\u00e9n se da en zonas urbanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la pandemia, empresas de telecomunicaciones y estados iniciaron esfuerzos para que en corto plazo se ampl\u00eden estos accesos, pues gran parte de los pa\u00edses no han podido responder a las necesidades infraestructurales y de conectividad que la pandemia manifest\u00f3. En esta misma l\u00ednea, se considera que la combinaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas de primera generaci\u00f3n (como radio o televisi\u00f3n) accesibles en zonas remotas, junto con un plan de inversi\u00f3n a largo plazo en la infraestructura de conectividad del pa\u00eds, generar\u00eda un aumento de la cobertura nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Involucrar a los docentes y directivos en la planificaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias tecnol\u00f3gicas&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica debe llevarse a cabo de la mano de las y los docentes, pues juegan un papel clave en los procesos de formaci\u00f3n, especialmente en TICs. Si ellos no tienen acceso a estos recursos tecnol\u00f3gicos, o no saben c\u00f3mo ponerlos en pr\u00e1ctica de manera efectiva, el aprendizaje no mejorar\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una cooperaci\u00f3n efectiva entre docentes y directivos puede facilitar el dise\u00f1o de herramientas adecuadas a las necesidades actuales, a trav\u00e9s de procesos de retroalimentaci\u00f3n y creaci\u00f3n de contenidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Estrategias a largo plazo<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para lograr un avance en las tecnolog\u00edas educativas que resulten innovadoras y mejoren el aprendizaje, es importante tener una visi\u00f3n clara, que gu\u00ede al sistema educativo y que involucre a los sectores p\u00fablico y privado, a la sociedad, fundaciones y universidades para que sigan una misma l\u00ednea con objetivos claros y responsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es importante tambi\u00e9n que haya un liderazgo que integre y aplique los cambios que se puedan dar en un futuro, por ejemplo: apoyo pol\u00edtico para mantener la tecnolog\u00eda educativa como un \u00e1rea clave de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, es fundamental que los gobiernos establezcan planes de financiamiento que apoyen la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y que estos perduren para asegurar la actualizaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda educativa en todos sus sentidos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Promover alianzas con el sector privado<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas alianzas deben buscar asegurar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La ampliaci\u00f3n del acceso a la conectividad y dispositivos necesarios<\/li><li>La producci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de contenidos educativos ya sea de manera virtual, por radio o televisi\u00f3n<\/li><li>El dise\u00f1o, implementaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n de nuevas herramientas para los docentes<\/li><li>La creaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de nuevos sistemas automatizados para la educaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Inversi\u00f3n en tecnolog\u00eda para modernizar la educaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, los pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe han tenido un gran avance tecnol\u00f3gico en la transici\u00f3n de los sistemas de informaci\u00f3n digitales a los Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n Educativa Automatizados (SIGED). En M\u00e9xico este sistema&nbsp;concentra informaci\u00f3n acerca de todos los alumnos y personal educativo as\u00ed como docentes, adem\u00e1s de escuelas y todo lo relacionado a la documentaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica oficial, con el objetivo de facilitar la planeaci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n del Sistema Educativo Nacional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos son los cuatro elementos que determinan la efectividad de los SIGED:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Interoperabilidad: contar con un sistema bien vinculado que&nbsp; facilite la toma de decisiones y la administraci\u00f3n educativa.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Accesibilidad: la eficacia de la tecnolog\u00eda depende de los involucrados en el sistema educativo y del uso que le den a los SIGED. Es fundamental contar con un sistema que sea accesible y seguro.<\/li><li>Sostenibilidad<strong>:<\/strong>&nbsp;promover su capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n al cambiante y complejo sistema educativo.<\/li><li>Capacidad: para poder lograr que un SIGED sea interoperable, accesible y sostenible, los pa\u00edses dependen no solo de su capacidad humana sino tambi\u00e9n de la infraestructura del sistema educativo. La implementaci\u00f3n de un SIGED sostenible casi siempre necesita de una inversi\u00f3n importante para contar con t\u00e9cnicos y personal educativo capacitados.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las experiencias aprendidas durante la pandemia ofrecen una oportunidad \u00fanica para avanzar dr\u00e1sticamente en una modernizaci\u00f3n de los sistemas educativos, a trav\u00e9s de la introducci\u00f3n y el uso de tecnolog\u00edas, con la finalidad de mejorar la calidad educativa. Sin duda la tecnolog\u00eda puede jugar un papel clave, inevitable y urgente para transformar m\u00e9todos ineficaces y ayudar a transformar herramientas did\u00e1cticas obsoletas en el aula, mejorar la calidad de la ense\u00f1anza, as\u00ed como los sistemas educativos a largo plazo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los cinco puntos anteriormente mencionados son esenciales en el desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias efectivas para transformar la tecnolog\u00eda en cada regi\u00f3n, pero los estados, docentes y personal educativo, tambi\u00e9n juegan un importante papel para liderar de forma responsable este cambio, promover la colaboraci\u00f3n y la participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad y del sector privado, en beneficio de la transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica del sector educativo en la regi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Referencia:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e1ez, D.
